The place was surprisingly very good. They had fresh clams that had arrived just two hours earlier, and they were amazing, especially for the price. Al lado del mercado es un sitio muy agradable. Tanto que repetimos al día siguiente porque estábamos cerca. En mi caso pedí un sándwich zig-zag y estaba muy bueno. Los camareros muy agradables, cambiando del español al portugués, al inglés y todo el rato con amabilidad. Tienen zumo de naranja natural y luego el del día, que es zumo de naranja con alguna otra fruta que te trituran en el momento. Cuando fuimos un día fue con piña y el otro con mango. Lo único que me arrepiento es no haber probado la tarta algarvía que tenía muy muy buena pinta

Well positioned between the market and bakery in Vila do Bispo, this small cafe is a great place to have a quick bite or a leisurely coffee. Great café for a light lunch, late lunch or snack! We had the vegetable soup, which was really savory and perfect after hiking, along with a tosta mixta, burger and juice of the day. The lemon-honey-mint juice was so fresh and delicious, while the tosta was perfectly crisp. The servers were sweet and friendly, patient with our broken Portuñol. Very good...

Our favourite cafe in the area! Serves great coffee, excellent pastries and cakes, and simple but delicious toasties! In the morning you’ll find it full of locals, the family are always friendly and happy to talk and let us practice our Portuguese!
