I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! The owner, David, is incredibly friendly and professional, and he adds a personal touch to the experience. He speaks Spanish, English, and French fluently, which makes it easy for everyone to feel at home.

The food is absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. You can really taste the care and quality that goes into each dish. The prices are also very reasonable for the high standard of food you get.

The wine list is another highlight, with a great selection of local wines that pair perfectly with the menu. 10-15 minutes before they approached our table. Asked for menu and 3 jars of beer...15 minutes later the menus turned up and 3x "bottles" of beer. 10 minutes later they took our orders. It included 2x jars of beer and 1x house white wine. 1 hour later 2x out of 3 dishes appear. They were stone cold. At the same time the drinks order came....3x beers. We say to the waitress the meals were cold and she replied in Portuguese that she would go and microwave them. At that point we told them where to stick the cold food. Mi peor experiencia en un restaurante del Algarve (y seguramente de cualquier sitio en el que haya estado antes). Encontramos este restaurante por casualidad buscando dónde comer. A priori nos pareció una buena idea porque vimos turistas en la zona de terraza, pero locales en el interior. Hicimos la comanda y tardaron 1 hora y 45 minutos en servirnos. A partir de la hora esperando comenzamos a ponernos nerviosos y pedir la comida en varias ocasiones. En vez de decirnos la realidad nos decían que ya estaba en cocina. Durante todo este tiempo (que ya habíamos pedido un par de rondas) ni siquiera se acercaban a la mesa o a ofrecernos "algo" para comer y compensar la espera. Llegamos a entrar a pagar para irnos y nos insistieron que ya estaban cocinándolos, por lo que nos supo mal y nos quedamos. Cuando nos sacaron los platos nos explicaron que iban mesa a mesa. De forma que hasta que no acababan la comanda de una mesa no se ponían con otra. Respecto a la comida. Pedimos pescado, que estaba bueno, pero no tenía nada especial (se hace vuelta y vuelta, por lo que hubiese sido fácil de servir si hubiesen tenido otro sistema de gestión) y pollo en salsa (que era recalentado). A la hora del pago esperábamos que al menos tuviesen el detalle de hacernos un descuento u obsequiarnos con el postre o algo. Nada y eso que lo pedimos. También hay que destacar negativamente que en caso de tener un pico de trabajo cuando se nos atiende se nos puede indicar qu cocina va con tanto tiempo de retraso, ni eso supieron gestionar.
