Europa Food and Drinks — Restaurant in Vila do Conde

Very disappointing experience. We were three people. After a starter, which was fine, we ordered three different sandwiches. Only two were brought to the table, and the waiter asked the third person what her dish was (clearly, he had never placed the order). After almost 10 minutes we asked another waiter, who confirmed the order hadn’t been made at all, though they were “preparing it now.” We canceled and had to share two plates among three people. Completely disrespectful for guests who come to have a proper meal.

I had also made a reservation in advance. When we arrived, I mentioned it, but the staff member who welcomed us didn’t take my name or check anything. About 20 minutes later, while we were already at the table, another staff member kindly called to ask if I was still coming. I laughed with her at the situation. and clearly the problem was with the person who received us.

Finally, the food itself was bland and tasteless.

To make matters worse, the decoration of the place included a lamp made out of a replica of a gun....

Went for lunch at 4pm Sunday. Plenty of tables around. Cool ambiance inside.

Service was quick and friendly.

The only issue was that I only spoke English and didn't point at the menu what I wanted. They got my order wrong twice and I didn't want to cause a fuss so just ate the pasta I got. It was meh though.

I ordered the shrimp hot dog but got a big francesinha and then shrimp linguini.

Venho aqui partilhar a minha fantástica experiência ontem neste espaço que, além de muito bonito, ter bom ambiente e boa comida tem Staff incrível! Ontem, ao fim de um dia de trabalho exaustivo decidi jantar aqui, ao fazer o pedido e o colaborador explicar-me que a burguesinha seria um hambúrguer com molho de francesinha esqueci-me completamente que o queijo não seria o cheddar e, por não gostar do outro deveria ter dito que queria sem queijo. Não o fiz, culpa inteiramente minha! Quando chegou o pedido (batatas e burguesinha) olhei e fiquei desiludida comigo própria porque com a cabeça no ar não tinha dito que queria sem queijo. O funcionário prontamente ofereceu-se para me fazer uma nova e eu disse que isso era chato porque o erro foi meu e pedi que me retirassem o queijo e eu comia assim. Levou para trás e trouxe uma nova. Enquanto isso eu comi umas batatinhas, não muitas e sem eu pedir trocou as batatas por umas quentes para acompanhar a burguesinha! Fiquei mesmo muito agradecida e ressalvei que efetivamente o erro foi meu e não precisavam de fazer nova.

Por essa razão, voltarei com mais frequência! Pela simpatia e amabilidade.
