Italian Republic — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

The restaurant have the front menu with cheap price for customer to eat at the public area and another menu for guests to eat inside. We ordered the menu to eat inside and asked the waitress if we can eat inside or not because we don't know at the first time, the waitress say yes. After payment, we step inside the restaurant and be stopped by a rude waiter, he said that: "You have to pay a little more if you want to sit inside". We are so surprise and asked the waitress we ordered, she confused and said to the manager. The manager said to us we cannot step inside because we did not order the menu in the restaurant, we showed them the bill we paid, that is the price to eat in the restaurant. After looking the bill, the manager feel shy and let us in the restaurant but also said the two drinks we ordered from them are not in the menu for the restaurant. I don't understand if they want us to pay more ?? Finally, we had a dinner with extremely bad service from the manager to the waiter. The food is ok, but I don't have mood to eat. The tables are very close to each other, the server can barely fit and you can hear all conversation of everyone next to you. primeiramente, a funcionária que nos atendeu foi extremamente antipática, fez a conta sem perguntar se queria fatura com contribuinte, e quando lha pedi, revirou tanto os olhos que iam ficando presos atrás da cabeça. Quando estava os ingredientes da minha massa, colocou-me 3 (três) cubos de fiambre, tendo em conta o meu desagrado, foi buscar mais. A massa que pedi tinha 5 ingredientes à escolha e quando pedi para repetir um informou-me que a política do restaurante era de não repetir, de facto estava escrito mas sempre mo deixaram fazer dado que estava dentro dos 5 ingredientes, acabando só por pedir 4. De seguida pedi um dos meus ingredientes, ovo, para ser colocado no fim. Quando cheguei à mesa reparei que não tinha o ovo, e quando o fui pedir um funcionário ia colocá-lo cortado no meu prato, ao que a mesma funcionária desagradável responde “pode colocar o ovo inteiro”, vendo a minha cara, o colega prosseguiu a cortar o ovo e pô-lo no prato.
