Kaffa Rio - Coffee & Brunch — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

First couple of times we had such a great experience in this cafe, that we drive from Porto for 15-20 min to have coffee here and not anywhere else. But today was such a big disappointment. First of all, the staff spilled coffee on my friend. It can happen with anyone of course, but they didn't even offer a napkin so my friend could wipe it off the clothes. And we had to ask for the second time to wipe the sofa, because after he cleaned it 1st time there were still drops of coffee both on the floor and on the sofa. 2nd - the cafe latte was very bad and very bitter. I don't understand, because our first times in this place it was so good and delicious! And lastly, which is the worst part, they served us eggs Benedict with spoiled salad leaves! How come it's not fresh? When I have this situation at home, at least I try to separate the spoiled leaves from the good ones. They didn't even bother with that. And after we complained about that, they didn't act on it on any way, just simple "sorry". Bad service, bad attitude towards customers. Now instead of wanting to come back I want to avoid...
