My first meal back in Portugal was amazing! After being up for over 24 hours and feeling like a half-zombie, my local friends brought me here. The freshness of the meal was incredible—grilled fish and delicious potatoes. The appetizer with octopus, cod tempura, and more was delightful. The dessert with cheese in a glass and some type of compote on top was so delicious! I left feeling content and happy to be back in Portugal.
It's not common to ask for leftovers to be packed to go, but the staff kindly did that with the potatoes, which I enjoyed the next morning.

Authentic, delicious, affordable Portuguese cuisine! Our friends from Porto took us to this place -- right across the street from where the fishing boats come in. I was thrilled to see the staff grilling the fish and seafood, right there on the patio by the entrance. We enjoyed the grilled sardines, octopus, prawns, and a couple of different fish. Everything was fresh, simple, and delectable.
As for the selection of outstanding Portuguese wines -- you can get a whole bottle for less than you'd pay for a glass at a restaurant in the U.S! ; - )
The servers were also attentive, fun, and spoke good English. We can't wait to come back here. Definitely worth the short ride, if you're staying in the center of Porto....

We´ve visited this restaurant after a couple of people in our group recommended it. We could not be happier. The appetizers were good, we tried the mussels with bolhao pato sauce and the Chorizo, which were not excepcional but were good. As a main dish the sea bass was skillfully grilled, butterfly cutted, super juicy inside and crispy outside, with the perfect amount of salt.
