Complaint Regarding Service by Waitress Hiba

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your waitress, Hiba, during our recent visit. Unfortunately, her behavior left us with a very unpleasant dining experience.

From the beginning, Hiba showed no welcoming attitude—she did not smile and came across as distant and arrogant. Instead of being attentive and friendly, she maintained a cold and unapproachable demeanor, which is the opposite of the hospitality one expects in a dining setting.

Moreover, when we tried to communicate with her in Arabic, she deliberately pretended not to understand or respond, even though it was clear she could. She either answered only in English or simply nodded her head without making any effort to properly address our requests. This not only made communication unnecessarily difficult but also gave the impression of disrespect and unwillingness to engage with us as customers.

Overall, Hiba’s attitude created a negative atmosphere that spoiled our evening. A restaurant experience is not only about food but also about the service and ambiance, and in this case, her behavior failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Called the night before to make reservation for my husband’s birthday dinner on the next day We made it at 7:10 pm, and to our disappointment the host told us that she tried to contact me (one missed call at 6 pm) to inform me that we need to leave the restaurant at 8:30 pm because one fifa team group was having dinner there and they need to shut it down for them I don’t understand Why did they accept my reservations, why didn’t they try to call me many times before 6 pm?
