Food is good but service and waiting time are unacceptable, I’ve been going to the restaurant for 2 years now and the last 6 months the quality of service and waiting time went down a lot.

Today we were waiting for 20 minutes at our table to find out there’s no longer service at the table after asking.

Then we ordered at the counter, 25 min later I went to ask how much longer it would take, then I was asked what my order was since they forgotten to pass it to the kitchen. We waited half an hour for a hot dog! On top of that the hot dog came covered in mayonnaise and ketchup with no cheese sauce and no pickles that I specifically requested!! When I sent it back they literally cleaned the sauce with a napkin and put the cheese sauce next to it and put it back on my table.
