The menu is misleading. We ordered the lusail chicken burger which shows fries and coleslaw in the menu for QR45/-. When the food arrived, there were no sides. Upon enquiry, they said its not included and we need to pay additional QR15/-. Also the service is extremely slow taking 10+ minutes just for the soft drinks. We cancelled the drinks as we had already finished eating with no drink in sight and they still tried charging us for them at checkout. Food is okay/decent but nothing amazing. Definitely not worth a second visit with the experience we had.

I loved the food and drinks and the staff were very nice and friendly. I have tried the chicken shrimp pasta and chicken casadia and they were the best 😍 I also tried their special waves coffee and was amazing, I advised them to sell the coffee beans because it the coffee was tasty and fresh Will definitely visit them soon 👍

For what I tried, I didn’t like anything. I have tried the coffee latte and the black Americano. None of them were good. Also, I’ve tried umm ali sweet and I didn’t like it either and couldn’t eat it. I haven’t tried their specialists which is burger and pasta, but I don’t know if I would try it after this experience.
