Flat White Specialty Coffee - The Pearl-Qatar — Restaurant in Doha

I recently visited Flat White The Pearl Brunch and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being assured of high-speed internet, it was non-existent during my online meeting.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the floor manager's dismissive response was disheartening. They claimed no responsibility for the internet issues, leaving me with no choice but to leave without placing an order.

I had high expectations for this establishment, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly dismaying. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar incidents...

My husband is very particular about his flat white, and after trying a few other places nearby we landed here. Yeah, he was happy with the quality here. The service was good and helpful when asking questions. After ordering you sit down and they’ll bring it to you.
