The Arabic lady at the check in desk was unfortunately extremely rude! I went with my family to celebrate an occasion, we walked 2 km to the restaurant. My son only eats Manakeesh. The waiter ( male ) was lovely and kind of explained that this is not available. I just wanted to see if I can speak to the manager. When the mail, waiter sent the Arabic lady at the welcome desk to me. She did not introduce herself and from about 3 m away. She said ‘YES’ and approached us as if she was bothered. We usually order from talabat from this restaurant however, as it was 5 PM, she explained that Manakeesh was in the breakfast menu and was not available at this time. When I wanted to have a more explanation because it didn’t make sense because win I open talabat I can order the same dish immediately.
She said that’s not possible and I said, but if I punch the order now on talabat I can order it. She walked off, rolled her eyes and said as you wish. I have never felt such customer experience! I did not feel this being appropriate customer service not appropriate communication and behavior in front of my children and therefore I have decided to leave and go to another establishment. When I have asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me, and she shouted at me in the restaurant.

Read moreI have visited this place a year ago and was a great experience. food was great and service as well. after almost 10 months I came back to Qatar, and I visited Debs w Remman, they have changed the decoration and it looks nice but the food and service were terrible, very few staff, and we asked for some staff their, we have been told that they left. I regret my visit, because I invited some old friends there expecting it to be the same as before, which unfortunately was a big disappointment. A few days ago, I saw some stories on your page, that looks nice and attractive, and only then I realized the problem, your chefs are cooking with bare hands, no gloves, long bears, no hygiene at all, if you do not have hygiene do not post videos from your kitchen. and on the second day, another story, for the same chef, wearing suite and explaining some more food (breakfst) very proudly. I just want to ask the owner / CEO, since you should be aware of your outlet level, don't you think that instead of spending money on your decoration and insta stories, you should take care of your food standards and taste, and focus more on your team who are dealing with us.
