New White Oceanic Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

It's one among my easy and anytime walk in restaurant for a good hearty meal.... This restaurant is definitely small in size but nothing beats the amazing and authentic Sri Lankan taste that every dish witholds. There are many dishes available here, however I will pick my best tastes.

Chicken Devel (Complimentary chutney (paste) it's a fishy affair) Though Mi Goreng and Nasi Goreng originated in Indonesia, ones you taste it in Oceanic you would agree that these dishes live in here. Cooked to perfection, with good amount of prawns, chicken and meat.... always content with the price and the quantity. Srilankan food.."i come to this place quite often,,however the service been same..now the visits have reduced due to poor service..Food taste has not changed..but one concern is if u ask for sambal(coconut,chilli etc..) they never give you with kothu..they prefr to give only with other food..If so why have on display (if asked they say extra price) sometimes comment its placed inside for takeaway but actually not provided..(**They good for their appam/dal/string hopers...) Staff language skill very poor they dont want to speak in english..As the area they in have enough srilankans.. 3 star only for the food and not the service..they also have a family sections...

A Sri Lankan restaurant network in Doha, Qatar. Situated in a good location and serving breakfast, lunch dinner with bakery products which are unique to Sri Lanka. Fish bun, Kimbila bun, Rice and curry and Koththu roti among them. Lunch buffet and daily mess options are available. Delivery is available but for limited area only.
