I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for a while now, and I feel compelled to address some of the recent reviews I've seen. It’s impressive that this place garners so many genuine reviews compared to other international luxury restaurants; the accounts leaving feedback are real users who also review various locations, which suggests authenticity rather than purchased reviews.

Some critics claim that negative reviews are deleted, but that’s not the case. If you filter by one-star reviews, you can see a range of sentiments that are also being addressed by their management. One thing I’ve noticed in the hospitality industry is that sometimes people forget to consider personal preferences when reviewing a restaurant. Just because a dish doesn’t suit someone's taste doesn’t mean it’s bad overall.

As a person who also worked in the hospitality industry, I understand the effort behind sourcing quality ingredients from reputable suppliers, which this restaurant does well. They offer promotional dishes at reasonable prices, showcasing the creativity and skill of their kitchen staff. As a foodie and a traveler, I can confidently say this restaurant consistently provides quality meats and delicious dishes that are well-loved by its regulars -- including me.

It was my first time to eat here. And at some point I was disappointed, maybe because I expecting too much from them. Well, we have different taste buds and preferences.

Ambiance: Upon entering the restaurant you will see some smoke, cause they have this “grilling on your own” at your table. And there’s designated exhaust hood in each “selected” tables (so not all tables have this). And expect you will smell like grilled meat. I hope they put more exhaust or work on improving their exhausts.

Service: The Servers are attentive and nice.

Food: I’m not that satisfied. We tried their promotion the Buy1 Get1 free. So we ordered the Roasted beef slice with mashed potatoes, veggies and muffins. Pan grilled salmon with a brown sauce, potatoes and asparagus. And pasta.

The beef is fine. And the salmon. It was salty. Even without the sauce. The potatoes I think it was not evenly seasoned. Cause some potatoes are ok and some are too salty. And the brown sauce I’m not sure if it’s good pairing with the salmon. They have only 1 option for pasta. And it’s under the kids menu. It’s fine but they put too much sauce in it. And what is disappointing, they served it 10mins after they served the beef and salmon. So we need to wait for the pasta before we start eating.

Maybe their steaks are good, as we didn’t try their steaks. Cause they are more expensive to some other steak...
