The worst staff and service. I had bed experience today I’m sick and new in this area Ben Mahmoud I order 3 times before from this restaurant but today I order 2 kaftaji Tunisian food usually they send the Tunisian bread with kaftaji today when I order they send without bread at first then I called them they send baguette without the Tunisian bread I called again the Tunisian staff had bad behavior even he didn’t apologize and he was talking like u wanna take it send it back I told him that I don’t want the food and I will not order again he said ok I will send the delivery to give ur money and collect the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food u can find in any restaurant but the service make u different then the other....

They never check the request of the guests I ordered 3 times for a sandwich i mentioned without a specific ingredient they ignored my request, for makloub the cheese is almost not there im very disappointed and i will never order from this restaurant until that the service becomes up to the prices My last order was Friday 1 /12...

0 customer service…. Staff do not even listen to the customer needs and do not care about their requests, in addition to that the person who answers the phone is not respectful at all!!!
