Shore Time Kainang Pinoy — Restaurant in Doha

Sorry to comment here. First of all, I want to say the restaurant, food, and buffet staff are always very good and maintain good quality. But we had a very bad experience at the counter. After the lunch buffet, the person in charge in counter insulted my kids by saying, “Your kids are eating too much,” in front of the other staffs and other customers. If this is the case, then why should we come for a buffet ? This is not our first time here, but such behavior can spoil the good name of the restaurant. I could have taken action against him immediately, but I did not because I respect the restaurant. Please make sure this does not happen...

Worst experience , and wasted money for buffet. We went there, but theres a community having a celebration so we have to sit at the ground level and take food at the 1stfloor , but when we get there, people are changing clothes infront of the buffet, and we cant get food because they are all blocking the buffet area, we were so tired and wanted to enjoy the food because we really like Shoretime . Please next time,let someone control the buffet area ,i cant take more food because they are still standing at the dessert area taking some food...

Today, for breakfast around 10am , I had an experience with a staff member, a Filipina, dont know her name in Binmahmoud branch , who was handling all the customers by herself. I really appreciated her effort. From my experience in Qatar, even restaurants with a lot of staff often don't provide proper attention. However, we were all really surprised by how attentive this staff member was, especially given that she was managing everything on her own.food was so tasty and waiting time is zero thanks for the chef too pls mention her...
