Sorry to comment here. First of all, I want to say the restaurant, food, and buffet staff are always very good and maintain good quality. But we had a very bad experience at the counter. We went there, but theres a community having a celebration so we have to sit at the ground level and take food at the 1stfloor , but when we get there, people are changing clothes infront of the buffet, and we cant get food because they are all blocking the buffet area, we were so tired and wanted to enjoy the food because we really like Shoretime . I really appreciated her effort. From my experience in Qatar, even restaurants with a lot of staff often don't provide proper attention.
