Horrible experience This place is known to be expensive but the food was at least edible at one point. Last time we ordered Chicken Tawook, grilled Boneless chicken and meat kabab to be delivered home. The Tawook was of very bad quality, tasteless with a very weird texture and burn marks. The boneless chicken was nothing but a dry reheated chicken breast with some grill marks to make it look freshly made. chicken was not seasoned, and of poor quality. The meat Kabab was just OK but not good, let alone special. Each dish is selling for more than 70 riyals! what a rip off!! A/c was barely working, staff scattered and disgruntled for some reason. Customer service is I guess an alien concept to them. And all of this happened when only 2 of their tables were occupied including ours. Definitely this was...
