I had the pleasure of visiting "La Bella Vita" recently, and I must say it was an extraordinary gastronomic experience. The restaurant is charming, with a cozy and authentic atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in Italy.

But what truly made my visit memorable was the impeccable service provided by the waiter named Asmit. From the moment we arrived, Asmit greeted us with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism. He was attentive to our needs and provided us with knowledgeable and passionate recommendations from the menu.

Every dish we ordered was a true culinary masterpiece. From the fresh and fragrant bruschetta to the creamy risotto and flavorful lasagna, each bite was an explosion of taste. The authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients were evident in every dish.

I seriously felt like having a nice meat 🍖 for diner with my family today and had the worst experience at this place! I've been there several times before and usually I enjoy the food and service, today was different in so many level and I don't think I'll go back there again! I ordered the "Filetto Di Manzo Ai Porcini" medium rear, and it was served to me straight out of the microwave defrosted till it was cooked and turned gray in color, the so called chef 👨‍🍳 covered it with mushroom 🍄 sauce thinking I wouldn't notice but unfortunately for him I'm a meat eating man and know my meat 🍖 very well! I expressed my disappointment to the lovely waitress and sent it right back! The annoying and unprofessional part was that nor the chef or the owner that was sitting at the register and saw what I was served with came to apologize! They instead sent the waitress to offer me another one which they would've probably done it the same way agin (defrosted in the microwave)! I seriously enjoyed meeting people there and loved the out door sitting before but never will I gob back there again. We have been here before and the experience during out first few dines were far better! But oh my God, I am still fuming from what had happened during our dinner last night! I was super hungry coming from the gym and was craving frutti di mare pasta. We specifically went to eat frutti di mare and got served different ones! Okay I understand that this happens sometimes, I would have let it go but THE WAY THE STAFF HADLED THE SITUATION, I CANNOT ACCEPT IT! I work in the customer service industry so I know for sure how it should be. She served us the wrong meal and then kept demanding that it was our mistake. First of all she assumed what our orders were and second, she did not bother to repeat our orders before heading to the kitchen. BUT what made my blood boil so much is how super rude she was and how she kept rolling her eyes on us with her nose so high up. We ended up ordering the marinara pasta and couldnt even finish it because we already lost our appetite! I have never been this upset and disappointed.
