Ehe.... locul asta a fost. Chiar era buna mancarea. Iti venea sa faci un mic ocol doar pentru a manca decent. Am trecut si azi pe acolo. Nu mai era coada... am inteles ulterior de ce. Casiera plictisita si cam suparata ca o deranjezi. Cer 2 shaorme mari. Sunt pasat la cei doi angajati asiatici: un el si o ea. Cam inteleg ei ce le zici (cu ce sa fie, ce sa nu aiba). Incropesc fiecare cate o shaorma. Ce sa vezi: nu-i mare. E minuscula. Ce sa vezi, carnea nu e luata de pe rotisor. A fost recoltata de mult si ti-o varsa in lipie din niste mici castroane de inox. Gata rece, gata sleita. Cartofii sunt si ei sleiti. Poate ai mai vrea si altceva pe acolo. Au doar varza, castraveti murati, ardei iute si niste sosuri cu aspect si consistenta dubioase. Sar hotarat peste sosuri si merg spre Cismigiu, sa-mi rod mini-shaorma si ... parerile de rau. Draga patroane... inteleg ce vrei profit, ca platesti salarii de mizerie unor oameni care cred ca au scapat de saracie si au venit in "noul vest", adica Romania... Dar vezi tu: cand nu oferi mancare buna... cand totul e sleit si portiile nesimtit de mici, cand angajatii sunt indiferenti... si-ti toarna carnea din castroane... in scurt timp vei observa ca incasarile scad, pentru ca si altii vor face ce voi face eu: VOR OCOLI ACEST CHIOSC DE VANZARE...
