Treevi Pizza — Local services in Bucharest

My previous review was removed due to being “offensive”. The only thing offensive here is the attitude of Treevi ParkLake.

Reposting it 👇🏼 Although a fan of Treevi pizza, today I had the worst experience in ParkLake mall. The service ( well at least what I witnessed in less than 2 minutes) was horrible. After waiting for the two ladies and the man that seemed lost to finish sorting out some take outs, someone finally asked me what I wanted. I was going to get the offer with soup and 1 slice of pizza and some other slices “to go”. I had the bad inspiration to choose a type of pizza that was not included in the offer, then I was scolded by the dark hair lady who started gesticulating harshly, mumbling that the pizza included in the offer is from here 🫲🏼 to HERE 🫱🏼. Since the two options I liked were not included in the offer I was having a hard time to choose from the others which didn’t look really good, eventually I decided on affummicata simply mentioning to be given the slice that’s not SO burned. Second or third wave of rage falls upon me, the ”lady” gets angry and says I don’t get to choose the slice, she has to take the slice that comes next and yells 🗣️“SO DO YOU WANT IT OR NO?” 👹 Totally disgusted, I give up, I admit I don’t want anything anymore, and as I walk away I hear her saying almost relieved that I’m gone “OK GOODBYE” 😂😂😂 what on Earth did I just witness? It’s a pity Treevi will lose a lot of customers with this attitude. You guys have to do something about this… and by the way the claim form you shared on one of the multiple negative reviews...

I want to start by saying that I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I had no choice this time.

Their main advantage is that they stay open relatively late, until midnight. However, because of that, there are crazy long lines and overwhelming crowds.

As for the pizza itself—very basic, nothing special at all!

After waiting for quite a while, when my turn finally came, I wanted to ask a simple question. But the cashier kept cutting me off. When he noticed I was losing patience, he finally asked, “How can I help you?” I asked if I could get a different pizza, even offering to pay double for it. He simply turned around, said “No,” and immediately moved on to the next customer. I’ve never seen such rude behavior from a seller before—especially after waiting so long! It was incredibly disrespectful.

Honestly, you’re better off walking just another 100 meters into the side streets. There, you’ll find a much cheaper and way tastier pizza. But hey, what can you expect from a...
