It does not have its own parking. Public parking available in front of the hotel with limited places. The front desk staff does not provide information related to parking. Around the hotel there are individuals offering parking spaces for a fee without issuing a ticket, in the conditions where the parking is self-paying. If you are uninspired and pay the so-called parking fees to the “parking man”, you have every chance to wake up tomorrow with a fine in the windshield as a gift from Nicușor Dan and the company of parking hunting dogs. The fine for non-payment of parking is 200 RON, you can pay it at the parking meter, which seems to be designed rather for paying the fine and less for paying for parking! The breakfast room is small and the tables are cramped in such a way that people who want to serve themselves food or coffee can hardly squeeze through those seated at the table. There is supervisory staff but not serving breakfast as it is Swedish buffet; staff is insufficient for a large hotel but sufficient for the small breakfast area. As for breakfast, the hotel is below what we find beyond at Ibis style hotels, which is generally at the bottom of the ranking of three-star hotels. It is not clearly specified whether the hotel has three or four stars anyway it cannot be a four-star hotel for very clear reasons related to hotel standards. The rooms are not soundproofed, as the windows are not insulated, so you can hear the citizens talking loudly around the hotel late in the night , which is disturbing when you want to sleep. The elevator is slow, waiting times are long. The duty manager does not wear a badge or a tie, he has the weird appearance of a local “businessman”. The bathroom is old, the one with the shower is small, you can barely squeeze in to take a shower. A corpulent person does not fit. The doors of the shower cubicle are hard to close, you have the impression that they will break at some point in the process. The shower cabin looks like it hasn't seen CIF or another descaler in a long time. The impression left is in no way of modernity but of another era. Zero out of ten welcome. Hotel is extremely dirty in the sense that it has been neglected over the years. I had a reaction on my skin from just entering the room for 5 minutes as long as it took me to understand it is connecting room which I don’t like and asked for a change. Within this period of time I started suffocating and had extreme reacting couldn’t breath, skin rash, on my forehand and neck.|Nose congestion- they haven’t even offered me a glass of water for the medicines that I had with me. I am not allergic on regular basis other than certain plants but not to this extent! Manager had no interest whatsoever in solving the issue and offered an upgrade as if I had made a drama to go to the better room.||Entering door are not functioning - any of the new age hostels is better and cleaner than this for sure. ||I am really curious which standards they satisfy.|The reality is there is no better room in this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. I have worked in the hotel industry for many years and this is on the 2 star level. They have said that they have minibar , caffe which they do but minibar is one on the reception and the caffe bar is not working besides serving the breakfast. ||There is caffe no nothing you can buy from the mini bar at the reception very likely but my decision was not to leave a penny here. ||I would not recommend to stay at this hotel even if you got it for free. Because it has no stairs - one elevator, poor hygiene and sanitation conditions - I am not sure how even they got conditions for the 4 star hotel which are international. This is a disgrace and such a poor and sad situation when they pay no intrest in handling the guest request. Manager hidden himself on the “meeting at 17:00”|It was very clear that my rate was non refundable but I was very clear and there was no doubt in my medical condition that I got almost anaphylactic pre shock condition - which is something else. While writing this I have already booked and paid other hotel, but they have never showed up with no remorse whatsoever. This people shouldn’t be in the hotel...
