Maison Bucarest Apartments by Olala Homes — Hotel in Bucharest

A Modern and Convenient Stay in Bucharest I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maison Bucarest Apartments by Olala Homes for a three-day trip and had a very positive experience. The apartment itself was a highligh, it felt incredibly clean and modern, with a sleek design and all the amenities one would expect for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has been put into creating a welcoming and contemporary living space.

The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, I must note that the apartment can be a bit difficult to locate initially. A suggestion for the property managers would be to provide the what3words address in the check-in information. This would be a huge help for guests trying to navigate the final leg of their journey and would make the check-in process much smoother.

A word of caution for solo travelers, particularly those who might be arriving or returning to the apartment late at night: be vigilant. There were people hanging around the area after dark, and while I didn't experience any issues, it's always wise to be aware of your surroundings, as you would in any major city.

Avoid This Property – Locked Out for 3 Hours, No Backup Keys!

I booked Maison Bucarest Apartments by Olala Homes for a short stay in Bucharest from March 15-17, 2025, to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, but the experience was an absolute disaster.

We were locked out of our room (Room 21) for over three hours because the digital access system failed. Neither the key code nor the swipe function worked, and staff had no spare keys to let us in.

Staff tried to help but couldn’t fix it, and we were left sitting on the staircase for hours before they finally had to break the door open to retrieve our belongings.

By the time we were moved to another apartment, our entire evening was ruined, including our pre-booked birthday celebration dinner.

Worse still, staff admitted this had happened before, yet Olala Homes has done nothing to fix this ongoing issue.

After complaining, Olala Homes initially offered a ridiculous €40 compensation (€10 per person) for completely ruining our stay. Even after multiple follow-ups, they have ignored my messages and refused to take proper responsibility.

⚠️ Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. If you get locked out (which apparently is a common problem here), be prepared to waste your entire evening with no assistance....

הביקורות מאוד עזרו לי לבחור במלון maison bucarest apparents by olala אז זו הולכת להיות ביקורת מאוד מפורטת. הגענו לחדר 13 לקראת 12 בלילה אחרי שלקח לא מעט זמן להשיג בולט מהשדה ובעצם הגענו לממלכה. וואווו איזו דירה מושלמת. הסטנרטים שלנו בניקיון הם גבוהים והניקיון היה פשוט מדהים! הכל שמור וחדש. במקלחת אין טיפת עובש, הכל מצוחצח. העיצוב מושלם, ניכרת ההשקעה, המחשבה והפרקטיות בכל פרט ופרט. קיבלנו חדר עם 2 חדרי שינה ומשניהם ניתן לצאת למרפסת ענקית. 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת שמצויידים בסבון ידיים, גוף, שמפו, פן ומים חמים. מזגן בכל חדר. במקרר חיכו לנו כל מיני פינוקים. טלויזיה מול כל מיטה עם נטפליקס. יש 5 מראות, מכונת קפה, מיקרוגל מלא ציוד מטבח.

יש מכונת כביסה בחינם בקומה 5 וניתן לקחת לחדר מתקן לתליית הכביסה.

וחדר לשמירת מזוודות.

הצעות לשיפור: תאורה חזקה יותר (לא יודעת למה תמיד במלונות התאורה חלשה אבל כאן יחסית היא טובה).

והיהלום שבכתר היא אושי הישראלית המקסימה נמצאת בקבלה וסייעה לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכות.
