Sushi Master — Restaurant in Bucharest

We ordered from here and the food was really good, but I am leaving it on 2 stars because they mixed the vegan order with the meat and then basically ignored us when we tried to get in contact with them to see if we could resolve the issue somehow.

I feel like it is really irresponsible for a shop to place the vegan meal together with the meat, especially when the chicken teriyaki sushi came in its own separate box. So I really don't understand why the vegan sushi wasn't separate as well???

Because of this, my friend who cannot eat meat for medical (severe allergies) reasons was basically left with no food for the evening. We ordered something else for them, but it's very unprofessional and questionable. And it was made worse by them not answering our calls and messages when we tried to reach out.

Very poor services for the delivery. I cannot reach anyone on your phone. The chatbot on your website cannot tell me where my food order is. The deliverer also doesn’t answer their phone. The Wolt app shows extra 45 minutes for the delivery, on top of the 1 hour we had from placing the order… 1:45 minutes wait in total, if the deliverer is going to show up on time. If you want to eat rice, this is a good restaurant. For sushi, it's the worst experience i had in over 15 years. I've never seen a sushi roll with salmon only on one part of the square before. Salmon was like 3grams inside each roll, very very cheap overall. There are many sushi places where you can order decent sushi in Bucharest. This is not one of them. My first and last order.
