Alina, the waitress, completely ruined my experience at this place.

I clearly ordered shrimp pasta — in both English and Arabic (روبيان) and she noted it too but she brought me vegetable pasta, which I never asked for. Not only was it the wrong dish, it was more expensive and absolutely not worth it. The shrimp would’ve been way better, and this one tasted bland and disappointing.

What made it worse? She refused to apologize. After we finished eating, I politely approached her just for an apology — that’s all I wanted — but she acted like it was my fault. She was disrespectful, unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility for her mistake. Is it because I’m Arab?

I left feeling completely frustrated. My day was ruined. Alina should not be in customer service.

The interior of the restaurant is kinda average. It is not fancy, but definitely tasteful. Beautiful chandeliers. The most comfortable places in the back of the hall by the windows. Other places is “so so”. Food is not for everybody. If you like Turkish food, you might like this place. For my taste, you can find something better for this money. Our account came out to $200, for 7 people. $28 per person. Of course we ate. But it wasn't "wow how delicious" it was just "okay." For my taste even shaverma might be more delicious. So don't expect any delightful experience from this place. But in the photos the food looks really appetizing, although the food tastes average in real life. I liked Turkish coffee here and sweets, but they are hard to make bad. Conclusion: I will not add this restaurant to the “list of the best places”. Learn more about the best spots...

We came to this restaurant hoping to have a traditional dish of “Iskander Kebab” but unfortunately, they were out of doner… at 6:00 pm. We ordered other dishes instead. The beef and mutton were raw, it took so long to chew the meat, and the taste was very dull. The waiter wasn’t a happy one, he looked sad which made us second-think returning the raw meat.

We ordered sparkling water, received still. I cancelled the dessert, I was sure at that point it would be a disappointment.
