Terrible attitude of waitress, terrible experience. I was heard that this place has good diner menu and view so I went alone. First, the waitress asked me with unclear voice if I want a bread. so I asked her back in english and I don’t know why she is being so upset about it. I said yes then she just went back to her place without replying. during ordering, I asked her if I can get a cup of water while clearly saying “not a bottle”. then she brought me a bottle of water that I should pay for. okay it could be happened cuz It’s not our native language. but all of sudden she tossed the dishes on the table without any words of serving and then went back to her place again. it happened twice cuz I ordered 2 menus. are you serious? I’ve never expected this to be happened in the restaurant where the price is particularly higher than average of the city. if this was a language problem, I would have not written this feedback. but the attitude overall was so unprofessional and awful that I felt so uncomfortable about it. I don’t think that this is russian way of serving because I got way much better serving even in the other cheap restaurants. I don’t even remember how the food was like. We made a reservation and paid the requested 10.000 rubles... (First red flag). Since they got confused while going through the reservation process, they say that they refunded our money, but they still kept the table for us.

We went there for dinner, and they assured they had refunded the money, that it would come in a few days and that we needed to be patient, so we paid another 13.000 for our dinner (totally overpriced BTW)

Now, the refund never came back, management says that they did refund the money and that we have to actually call the bank.

Totally outrageous, absolutely over priced, less than average food quality with outrageous prices, and a customer service that is less than average.
