A Japanese restaurant in a business region of Moscow. The food is adapted for the locals, many ramen dishes and sushis. It is a self service place but the rules are simple and that's why the service is very fast. I tried the matcha cappuccino and didnt like the taste, but they also have some decent "normal"...

Maru used to be great when they opened a dozen of years ago. Now it's operated by dirty unattentive staff. They hardly cover their mouth with masks and pick food with the same gloves they count money in....

Приятный персонал, чистые столики, бесплатный зеленый чай с жасмином, хороший выбор в меню, была впервые в Марукамэ по совету знакомых, вообще Том-Ям я не очень люблю из-за рыбного привкуса и запаха, но мне очень хотелось морепродуктов, и я рискнула заказать Удон Том-Ям за 350 рублей, и не прогадала, оказалось очень вкусно, креветки большие и их много, насыщенный бульон, еще у них есть столик на котором стоят всякие добавки : кунжут, зеленый лук, соевый соус и др., это все можно бесплатно добавить в свои блюда по вкусу. От похода остались только приятные впечатления.
