I'm so angry with the pizza that I just ordered that I'm sitting here writing about my terrible experience while I'm eating this piece of krap. That's how wrong this restaurant has gotten the simplest and easiest of dishes to make, come on man! I should go back and ask for the manager and bring him my pizza and ask him if he would eat that!
I went into She 30 minutes ago to get a regular cheese pizza to go. You can see the so-called pizza maker making the pizza from the front door. I didn't know that there was no purpose-made brick oven in here like there is at other She restaurants.
I went to She at another location on 15 Bolshaya Nikitskaya Ulitsa just 2 weeks ago and had a great experience there. There was a purpose-made brick oven in there so I had gotten the regular classic cheese to test it out and it was a great pizza, really good. And so was their homemade stracciatella raviolis.
So I expected to get the EXACT SAME pizza here at the She on 10 Butyrskiy Val Ulitsa in White Square but to my surprise it was the exact opposite, it was disgusting junk. Shouldn't ALL She restaurants put out the EXACT SAME product at EVERY location!?
The first difference was that 15 Bolshaya Nikitskaya Ulitsa makes a proper round Neapolitan pizza. My pizza from 10 Butyrskiy Val Ulitsa was a square Pinsa pizza. Then it sat there for 15 minutes getting cold as no one has the thought of possibly handing it over to the customer. Open your eyes perhaps, let's pay attention here?
AND this was probably THE WORST pizza that I've ever had in my life from a restaurant, total, total garbage. The pizza was undercooked, basically a raw pizza. It wasn't crispy, it was cooked! It was just all raw dough. And the tomato sauce had a chemical taste to it, very strange and GROSS.
Your pizza make here does NOT KNOW how to make a simple cheese pizza, and since he doesn't, he should be fired immeditaely! If I was running that restaurant, he would be gone. I worked in an Italian restaurant in America making pizza and the pizza dough fresh and I could have done a much better, proper job with his tools blindfolded.
I do NOT recommend getting ANY pizza here at this location. If the so-called chef can't even make a simple cheese pizza correctly, then how is he going to get a specialty pizza right? That is why I test out restos with the simplest of dishes, and if they screw up those then what travesty do you think you'll get with an eccentric dish.
I will NEVER go back to this location EVER again since they can't even make the easiest thing to make. Very, very disappointed with this She location. I DO NOT recommend coming here. Go to the 15 Bolshaya Nikitskaya Ulitsa location instead, it is much, much better. I hope your corporate management reads this to fix...

The incident occurred on February 26th. Since then not a single employee or manager of your restaurant has called me to inquire about my condition. All communications take place only through text message. On the first day, the manager promised to compensate me for damages and assured me that they were very concerned about my health. But no one ever called or even wrote to ask how I was feeling since then.
When I began to inquire about compensation, the person who introduced himself as a manager began to evading me constantly promising to give me an answer “tomorrow”. In the end, I had to write to him myself, since he himself did not get in touch.
Only after asking my lawyer to contact them, after some time, I was offered a certificate to visit a restaurant as compensation. But I refused, because after this incident I’m afraid to visit your establishment. To this they answered me that this is compensation for moral damage. Guys, I don’t want to lose more tooth or swallow rocks.
On March 6th, the manager promised that I would be compensated for moral damages properly and would receive the funds, but since then I have not heard from him. Apparently he just said anything to keep me from writing a review.
I am your regular and loyal customer, I visit often and even have celebrated special occasions at this place in the past. But this time I am very disappointed in the way your company handled such a dreadful situation.
