I have been a loyal customer of ALBAIK for over 40 years, having enjoyed your food and service across nearly every city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, I regret to share that I recently experienced the most appalling behavior I have ever encountered at your Awal plaza riyadh outlet
The issue arose over something as simple as a garlic sauce. I had requested an additional one, especially since I was asked to wait for the shrimp portion of my order—which, surprisingly, had not even been prepared when my order was placed and was only put in to fry afterward. The manner in which my request was handled was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standards of customer service I have come to associate with ALBAIK.
Had it not been for the timely and professional intervention of Mr. Essa—a dark-complexioned gentleman in a red uniform cap—I would have likely walked away without accepting my food. His courteous demeanor and willingness to engage with me respectfully were the only saving grace of the entire experience.
I am still in disbelief that such behavior occurred at an ALBAIK branch. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not tarnish the stellar reputation ALBAIK has built over...
Read moreI came this Branch ALBAIK AWAL PLAZA on SEPTEMBER 8,2022 at 3PM. Onwards and i ordered 2 SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS MEAL 10PCS. EACH ORDER. after that the cashier Mr. Moshin with a Host. Mr. Manjur take the payment to me with an amount of 34 riyals but since their span machine have problem it collapse directly after my payment is approved and the span machine receipt didn't come out, he took to me an another payment for 34 riyals even i already told him that its already approved. So since i want to take my food i pay it again and i talk to the manager that i paid (2) two times. He said that it will refunded after 24 hrs. So i came back after 24 hours he told me again that after 48 hrs. So i came back again today OCTOBER 2 at 9pm to claim my refund but sad to say he told mi that i need to call the bank.
