I booked for 6 persons and we are asked to be seated while being called upon when the seats will be available. Upon arriving to the area, it was NOT prepared ahead of time, it's ONLY for 5 persons.
THEY SHOULD HAVE ANTICIPATED THAT THERE ARE 6 PERSONS IN THE TABLE. UPON REASONING, WE ARE NOT INFORMED THAT THEY WILL FIX THE SEATS UPON WHEN WE THERE IN THE GIVEN AREA. NO ONE INFORM US ABOUT IT. THIS SHOULDN'T BE THE CASE, WHEN THE RESERVATION CLEARLY STATED 6 NOT 5!!!!
THE PERSON IN CHARGE INSISTED THAT IT WILL BE FIXED . I WAS APPLAUDED REGARDING THE TREATMENT TOWARDS GUESTS ESPECIALLY THEY HAD FIXED THE CHAIR FOR THE 6TH PERSON AND SUDDENLY REMOVED IT AND CHANGED IT WITH ANOTHER ONE WITHOUT PROPER INFORMING THE PERSON INVOLVED.
THIS IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!!! APART FROM THAT, THERE WAS NO SLIGHT CHANCE FROM THE GUY MANAGER WHO IS SO ARROGANT!!! TO CONVINCE US TO STAY !!! BECAUSE OF THIS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR, THE SERVICE IS BELOW THE GIVEN EXPECTATIONS AND EXPERIENCE!!!
THE MANAGER WHO CAME OVER IS NOT GUEST ORIENTED AND REFUSED TO LISTEN .. ..
BASED ON THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS OF OTHER GUESTS PREVIOUSLY, THEY HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE REGARDING THE TYPE OF ARROGANT ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER IS PRESENTING!!!.. THUS, IT WILL BE A RED FLAG THE WAY THE GUESTS ARE BEING TREATED.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FUTURE VISITS..
STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED GUESTS REGARDLESS WHAT KIND OF NATIONALITY IT WILL BE!!!

However, after being seated for about an hour and a half, our experience took a disappointing turn. A staff member wearing a pink shirt approached our table and said, “Excuse me, I need you to leave now,” in a way that was abrupt and uncomfortable. She then stood by our table for nearly five minutes, repeatedly asking if we would like the card machine or prefer to pay online
To make things more awkward, she sent another staff member multiple times holding the card machine, standing right in front of our table, pressuring us to settle the bill — even though we had not asked for it, nor shown any signs of being ready to leave
What made the situation more frustrating was that there were other tables seated before us, and none of them were approached or rushed in this manner
This kind of treatment felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, and it unfortunately overshadowed the otherwise pleasant start to our visit. Unfortunately, the behavior of your staff was unprofessional and not in line with the standards expected from a high-end establishment.
To begin with, the hostess at the entrance displayed an unwelcoming and condescending attitude toward customers. I witnessed her speaking to a guest ahead of me in a dismissive manner, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a negative first impression.
Additionally, my interaction with the manager was extremely disappointing. When my mother gestured to get their attention, they responded by saying, “This is a high-class restaurant, not a low-class one, so don’t signal at me with your hand.” This remark was not only disrespectful but also entirely unprofessional. As customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not in a disrespectful way.
