They had a well-built mortar wall here, but they tore it down, and it made the park look even nicer. It was open, tidy, and inviting. Then soon after this renovation they got new management and put up one of those ugly, temporary construction containment walls that’s been up pointlessly surrounding Tuwaq park for a whole year.
