I don’t usually write reviews however what happened gave me no choice but to start typing on my keyboard. Despite the fact that I hate how they have the most expensive cold brew in the city, let’s be honest.. it’s the best cold brew you can find around here. What happened today is: I was craving for their cold brew for the past 33 days and I was literally going through Ugly withdrawal symptoms (lol) mood swings and sh*t So I basically logged into one of the delivery apps and I ordered a cup of cold brew to be delivered to my house.

Knowing that a “cup” won’t do it for my addiction, I made sure to write in the notes for the staff that I’m Having some separation anxiety issues since the lockdown and I miss their coffee for real so it would be nice if they managed to send me a bigger cup😂 (I’m a frequent at their store.. a bleached head who comes from time to time). To my surprise, my order arrived in 2 bags from heaven.. they sent me 2 heavenly, refreshing, nirvana inducing cups of my favorite coffee and a huge chunk of cake with a personal note written on it “enjoy”...

Now, sitting alone in my house sipping my euphoric cold brew, corona lockdown never felt better. Still they have the most expensive cup of cold brew in the city but I hate to say it worth it.. yet, it’s the freakin truth.. Being a loyal customer never felt rewarding until now 😂😂😂 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻...

Used to be a fan, used to admire this place, but this one star is only for the chef and the people in the kitchen. If there’s a zero star review, I would definitely give it for the horrible service I had.

I made the order and emphasized that I need my water to be served first for my medication. 15 minutes passed, 3 waiters were called and asked specifically that I need my water. But, they had the audacity to serve the food first, then waited another 5 minutes and received my latte in a to-go cup, and my water came 5 minutes after the latte

Not only did I feel ignored, I felt the disgust every single bite of my food cuz they got cold. And the waiter asked if I needed an extra set of utensils for my salad, and I answered YES please. But what do you expect? Another failure, and I had my food with a single set. Every single interaction with the waiters came with a failure

We all know that an egg croissant is no way in hell worth more than 30 SAR, but it is only for the service and experience we shall receive

I recently had one of the most embarrassing and disrespectful experiences at this branch. I placed my order and was told to wait for 30 minutes. I patiently waited, but when 40 minutes passed, I inquired about my order. To my surprise, they asked me to wait another 10 minutes. I unwillingly agreed, but to an hour and a half passed without any apology or my order being served!!!

Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I decided to leave without receiving my order. To add insult to injury, they had the courage to ask me to pay for the meal that I never received!!! This level of poor service and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise against visiting it if you expect timely and respectful service. The experience I had was truly disappointing and left me feeling humiliated. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service standards.
