Place — Restaurant in Makkah Region

With so many burger places in town, it’s hard for a new restaurant to find a niche it can excel in. Place went for the simple menu option with only three offerings, which I found to make sense. However, it is a must to deliver on quality and taste to become noticeable. They opted for the most common tastes, with the classic, the bacon, and the truffle. I thought these options made sense and they did deliver on quality.

On the downside, the burger size is highly questionable, it’s in between a regular burger and a slider, making it difficult to judge. Also, they went with a soft potato bun , but failed to give it a crust. The bread needed toasting to help support the ingredients. If their model did not include a crusted bread loaf, it should have at least been steamed on the patty to loosen up the bun, but that too was overlooked.

If they improved their buns, the burger would have been so perfect.

As for the fries, it was ok, nothing memorable about them. But I understand that it goes well with the theme Overall, a nice place with good...

One of the newest places on town to get a yummy basic burgers 🍔. A classic beautiful design with a bright red design ❤️🔥. For APPETIZERS: Fries could use a little bit more spices and salt. Both truffle and place fries are wonderful 👌🏻 depending on what flavor you like more. Now simply introducing my favorite choices 1/- “Signature burger” 🏅wins as the best one in place…!! Something about the beef used makes it tasty 🤤 2/- “Place’s burger” is next ♥️ the beef tastes good, I love how they make the burgers edges crispy and very soft from the inside. 3/- “Bacon burger” it’s yummy, but could use a bit more bacon to it. 4/- “Truffle burger” for truffle lover, the truffle taste is good not to heavy. It's incredibly frustrating to experience such abysmal service where there seems to be no one willing to take responsibility for helping you. The lack of accountability is astonishing, and it's unacceptable that your place in line could be jeopardized while you wait for assistance. The dismissive attitude of the workers only adds insult to injury, leaving you feeling powerless and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such an utter disregard for customer care and basic responsibility.
