The place is truly wonderful and worth the visit 👌✨. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent, the staff were always smiling 😊, polite, and very professional 🙌, serving us even before we asked. The restaurant is spacious, with high ceilings that give a sense of openness and comfort, and there’s also a fun slide from the second floor to the ground floor for kids 👨👩👧👦, which makes the place very family-friendly.
As for the food, the experience was outstanding. We tried the shrimp with lemon and black pepper 🍋🧄, as well as the Cajun shrimp 🌶️, and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor, especially when served with arugula and Cajun-seasoned fries. The Pink Berry Smoothie 🥤 was refreshing, tasty, and complemented the meal perfectly.
The prices are very reasonable 💰 compared to the portion sizes and quality, which gives excellent value for the experience. They had a special offer from 12 PM to 6 PM, but unfortunately, we arrived late and couldn’t catch it. Still, the experience exceeded our expectations ⭐.
What impressed me the most was the staff’s attention to small details. For example, the waiter noticed that my hands are large and immediately brought me bigger gloves 🧤 without me asking. After we finished eating, he quickly came to clean and assist us without needing to call him. These small touches make a big difference and reflect the professionalism of the place.
Honestly, many restaurants try to offer the same concept, but Shrimp Zone remains the leader 👑 in every aspect. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves seafood. Personally, I can’t wait to go...
Read moreWith a sad heart I write this review as I was hoping that they have improved after opening this new branch however here it goes, first and foremost the food quality as it is the anker of every good and bad restaurant and it is what elevates or devastate it's social status and here is where shrimp zone failed the most. 1- the shrimp was anything but fresh. 2- the amount is reduced even further (I think eventually they will but only 2 pieces and sell it for 65 S.R.). 3- the sauce is tasteless (the only thing I tasted was the chilli and I ordered with out). 4- they add corn and I didn't order it (I guess they need to fill that bag with anything other then shrimp) 5- the fries was oily to the point I couldn't eat it. With all that said another thing I didn't enjoy was on the single section second floor the sink area is open for every one to see ???!!! Why what is the point of everyone seeing me wash my mouth and face I am not John Cena (people need some grace when they use private utilities).
Now to the good points, I liked how there is a slide going from the second floor to the first floor for children to use as it distracts them allowing their families to eat in peace the decorations of the place is top notch and gloves apron used are solid and excellent family section is double single section (which I find uncalled for but at least there is a single section not like other branch where you have to eat on the street) finally I really enjoyed how let the place is, without hurting my eyes. I hope my review will help you whoever you are, have a great day and enjoy life to the fullest. Peace...
Read moreThis is my first visit; and honestly I’m not a seafood lover, but I had to try it.
Interior and environment : the place was crowded with a long waiting list, interior decoration is fine, tables are clean. And It was really noisy. Staff and service : staff are friendly, but the service was really slow and a bit bad, they forget some of the orders, on pay time we had to wait almost 15min after we got the check. Food : I ordered the fried shrimp and tried the fried chicken ( don’t judge ); which was greasy and oily, not very special Cajun boiled shrimp; it was ok, I think there are better places that has more delicious shrimps. The quantity of the food is really small. Prices : considered a bit high compared the portion served.
Overall; not a pleasant experience for me, despite that I’m not a seafood fan, I can tell it was not...
