Had a mixed experience on my recent visit. Customer service was spot on, however the variety and standard of the BBQ has gone down. Just about 3 of the 8 or 9 BBQ served were good, the rest of them were well below expectations mainly as the meat cooked was possibly frozen or more than a week old. Some of the BBQ was not cooked well enough. The starters are way too ordinary, banana chips with Mint sauce is NOT a starter, salads served were fresh but all too plain (I mean how difficult is it to serve coleslaw or Russian salad). Didn’t like the idea that they make you wait for good 20+ mins with these “starters” till they get actual BBQ. I understand the BBQ could take time but the fact that there could be better starters and also it was 9 in the evening does not justify the agonizing waiting period. The sauces which go along with BBQ have to be exceptional but they were below ordinary (one can find better sauces at local Turkish or Lebanese restaurants). Desert served was fresh cut fruits with a scoop of ice cream, which simply summed up the lack of any creativity or exquisite flavor, which one would expect in the menu of a restaurant like this one. Update (Jan 2016): not that good any more. Still very good but they lost the mojo I would say. Still best Brazilian steakhouse in Jeddah until now.

I hate when they keep raising the price it is now almost double what I used to pay two or three years ago. It is not fais as it is already high prices. Last time (june 2012) I had to pay almost 185 for the lunch whish is already lower than the dinner price where few years ago I was paying...

The place is absolutely fantastic. I like to connect with places kind of like Cheers, for those who know what that means. Food is very juicy and delicious.. suitable for families. Great view of fountain. Host and lead server Ahmed was awesome. Server Rubel was prompt and knew what we liked. The Chef, Naushard, served us the best grilled brazilian meats.
