I had such a great experience at "Burger Boutique". The ambiance inside is so peaceful with the dim lighting, it really makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while dining. The food was delicious, especially the chicken burger I ordered. It was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The lemonade was also so refreshing—just what I needed! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They gave us time to place our order without any pressure, helped us sort everything out, and even suggested some great food options. They frequently checked on us to see if we needed anything, and it never felt intimidating to ask for help. The food also arrived quickly, which was a big plus. A special shoutout to "MANISH" and "THE REST OF THE TEAM" who were there during our visit—they were so helpful and attentive. The restaurant is somewhat hidden, with its entrance located outside RPM. Our first impression upon entering was that the place felt quite dark, which might not appeal to everyone, certainly wasn’t to our taste.

We ordered the Solar Gravity Burger, Dangerous Slider, pepperoni flatbread, and soft drinks. The burger was absolutely delicious and juicy, with the patty cooked perfectly. However, taste-wise, it was rather basic and nothing particularly special, apart from its vibrant red bun. We also felt that the portions didn’t match the prices. To put things into perspective, the burger, slider, and flatbread cost 66 SAR, 36 SAR, and 35 SAR respectively. The burger was small for what it cost, and the pepperoni flatbread portion was tiny, more suitable for children.

On the positive side, the service was friendly and prompt. Overall, it’s a good place to try once, but not somewhere we’d choose to...

Nothing wrong with the restaurant or the food per se, but it's one of those burgers that looks better than it actually is (call it a catfish burger if you want). The combination of sauces used in the different burgers barely make a difference. Maybe it's the hype that drives the business?

• The entrance to the restaurant is on the outside of the mall, Gate #4 to be precise. Right beside Salt. Don't go around wandering like a lost kid if it's your first time. Speaking from experience.
