I woke up this morning, and my taste buds were still throwing a flavor party from what went down at Blanca last night!

We walked in thinking it was just another night out… but hold up—the welcome, the atmosphere, the whole vibe? Instantly told us we were in for something next level.

In seconds, the energy wraps around you, and before you know it, you’re deep in conversation, scanning a menu that screams “You’re about to experience greatness!” We locked in our choices:

1 - Truffle Pizza

Ohhh THE PIZZA… ON FIRE! A crust that’s airy, crisp, yet melts away effortlessly. Truffle sauce laying down the foundation, springy cheese stretching for days, truffle slices bringing that deep earthy richness, and THEN… boom—dried tomato flipping the script! It’s not just pizza, it’s a flavor explosion.

2 - Pink Ravioli

Perfection in a bite. Al dente? Oh, you bet. Stuffed with ricotta and fresh basil that alone would take you straight to dreamland, but Blanca doesn’t stop there! They hit it with a silky pink sauce that just ties everything together like a symphony.

3 - Fried Potatoes

I wasn’t expecting much… BUT WAIT. Crispy on the outside, fluffy like a cloud inside, kissed with Parmesan magic and paired with a sauce so good it should come with a warning!

It’s not my first time here in Blanca, and I can say that only one good thing here is pizza!!! Don’t recommend to take here lasagna, is full of greens inside and on top, that shouldn’t be there… even if you put it in recipes, guys everything supposed to be balanced, but behind full of greens I didn’t feel nothing… As well very bad quality of mozzarella ( instead of Parmesan) that when lasagna a bit cool down after oven it starts to be rubbery and hard cheese instead of melting in your mouth… service every time is bad, slow, they forget to bring you something, asking several times is all ? Is all? Like pushing me to order more or be ashamed of my little order for 1 person! only reception is every time that I’ve been there is smiling, welcoming and good. It’s very sad cause location of this place is very comfortable to have lunch or dinner during work or after, place itself is very cosy and pizza here is really nice! Maybe I would not put bad feedback if waiter or someone ask me how was it, or why I leave half of dish on the plate… or at least don’t forget to bring cola or was a bit more polite while taking order !!!! So I force to put negative feedback here… Would be nice to come next time for pizza and see changing with stuff( waiters) very arrogant...
