24/7 open just to serve you! Tastes like never change. Foods tastes so good. Staff from all sorts of positions are all friendly. But 1 thing is problem. People here are so friendly which results to slow service because chatting or talking with another customer. I recently ordered a large salted caramel with donut, service was so slow because the guy was talking to other customer and he forgot to give me a donut. After 5 minutes I remembered I ordered the with a donut so I came back the store. What a waste of time! Then the crew didn’t realize what’s the problem! And asked me what’s the problem and why angry? Hoping the management will do some actions for future customers. Chatting to other customers is okay and fine but be sure you’re not letting your customers to wait.
