Coffee is your main business and it is DIURETIC, meaning your toilet have to be fully functional, all day, all time. I have been to this shop and I cannot count how many times their toilet is always locked and the cleaner would always say it is karban/mafi shugul but when I stay, the workers have access to it and they can use it. Attention to the owners of this business, I think your workers don’t value the importance of toilets - especially when the business is all about coffee. I literally coming to this branch 3x a week cause it’s near to my workplace. But today’s experience with the staff is really unacceptable and very unprofessional. But you feel a sense of carelessness. See the photo of the crumbs on the chair. Also, when I sat down, I discovered that the chair back was broken. Finally, the A/C is barely working.
