I had an unpleasant experience with the staff—they were extremely rude and seemed completely unaware of how to communicate respectfully with customers. On top of that, they’ve set up a separate outdoor area for pickup orders, which is especially unfair to delivery riders during these sweltering days. Riders are human too and deserve basic courtesy.
