Something is seriously wrong with the drive-through service here! I want to warn everyone about my experiences, especially with a staff member named Pramoud he's almost always at the drive-through window. On several occasions, I have been overcharged – my receipt once showed "XTRA 2 EMMENTAL" without any explanation. Another time, my food was missing. He even tried to avoid giving me a receipt once and acted suspiciously when I questioned him. I eventually get my money back, but it's troubling to think how many others might not notice.
