Forcing costumers to use the machine to make the order is seriously annoying and causes long waiting till u make your order which is defeating the purpose of fast food concept !!! They really need to reconsider this discussion. I had to chose different restaurants to save time. Another time it took me 7 minutes just to order an ice cream when there was only 2 costumers and it was out of rush time...
It’s good to have the machine as an option for placing order , but having it as the only option is really disappointing, not mentioning how slow the system is and the amount of options and questions it...

Service is very poor staff not well prepared for operation, bad customer experience by screaming and shouting at customers even the leader have a high temper that influenced the rest of staff, self serving devices all out of paper, and when went to pay at the cashier the cashier mada machine was not responding, I can't even talk more it just this branches is not as per macdonalds standers of operation what a shame...
