I visited Dunkin' Donuts in Riyadh this morning, around 7:00 AM on Monday, June 23rd, 2025, and had an exceptionally positive experience, largely due to two outstanding team members: abo Salah and Marco. From the moment I approached the counter, both Salah and Marco greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor immediately set a welcoming tone. Salah was particularly efficient in taking my order. He listened attentively, confirmed the details accurately, and processed the transaction quickly and smoothly. There was no hesitation or fumbling; it was clear he was well-trained and focused on providing prompt service, which is especially appreciated during the morning rush. Marco was responsible for preparing my drink and food items. He demonstrated remarkable skill and precision. My coffee was made exactly to my specifications, with the correct proportions and temperature. The food item I ordered was fresh and prepared neatly. What stood out was his attention to detail – he didn't just assemble the order, he ensured it was perfect before handing it over. Both Salah and Marco worked seamlessly as a team. There was a clear synergy between them, contributing to a very smooth and quick service flow. They communicated effectively with each other and with customers. Even though it was early in the morning, their energy levels were high, and they maintained a positive attitude throughout my interaction.
