AlBaik — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I've never been a fan of fried chicken but their chicken burgers & shawarma sandwiches are not too bad. I only get food from here for the family. Never myself because I prefer something else. This particular location is not busy before 5 PM in Ramadan. Otherwise, prepare to spend at least half an hour there.

Update on 23rd April 2021: Upon our last visit to this particular branch continued to serve customers with their orders for at least 35 - 40 minutes after my wife had been given a receipt for hers. These customers were those who had entered the premises after my wife had placed her order & left the restaurant at least 30 minutes after my wife was given her receipt for her pending order. When, after more than 35 minutes, she complained to the Saudi person in charge, he asked the Indian staff who kept telling him that the order was being prepared. It wasn't a large order & was only for 4 burgers and 1 broast. When my wife came back to the car where I was waiting on her & upon my asking why it took so unusually long for her to get the order, she says that she suspected that because she spoke in Urdu to the Indian staff working there, they knew that she was from Pakistan & although we've never been treated with discrimination by any outside Indian origin staff at any restaurant in more than 11 years of living in Saudi Arabia, this unfortunately seems to be the case where the Indian staff discriminated against my wife because they realized that she was from Pakistan, when she spoke to them in Urdu. This was an extremely unfortunate experience that we went through & we definitely will never be going back to this particular branch of Al Baik. If you're the owner of this franchise or happen to be the owners of this brand, please note that the kind of employees you hire impacts on your reputation & there should be a mechanism where complaints against such employees will result in remedial training & if it continues to persist, then those employees should be replaced.

I go with my friends around 8:pm I make order chicken brosted and big back naggets but I found haier in the chicken brosted i call staff to inform about that he show bad attitude to me when i ask to call manager or supervisor he just go down and come to me and say they are all busy i am waiting on the table around 20 mints but no one come to me to ask what is my complent it's ok no problem but when I go down to cashier there is host with his friends host didn't say anything about it but his friend is over smart he say to me it's ok now if you want anther order i will make for you but when I ask him who are you he say i am friend of host but at last they don't care of customer service is bad staff is roude staff didn't have manners how to talk to another person it's my worst experience in riyadh qurtuba road near...

Not worth the wait and hassle, Just an overrated junk food.

They don’t respect the customers time, what’s the point of the ticket number if you wait for your turn then your turn get skipped by the employees unprofessionalism? The workers don’t actually go by ticket numbers.

The employees behaviors are uncivilized. The supervisor and manager wasn’t helpful.

Disorganized lines and not easy to get in and out.

The parking is terrible.

I asked the manager to escalate my order issue and for waiting for my turn then the employees just skip the number and help others standing in the front, the manager did absolutely nothing and provided lame excuses and also didn’t not want to have management contact me.

I ended up with cold fries and the chicken...
