This my 2nd experience in same branch. I wait for more 10 minutes no body provide me menu or barcode. I walk to cashier to help my self, but no body shows there I called them twice thanks god the lady showed but with extremely sad face because she was busy somewhere. I told her no order ? She said order here only (cashier) I said no body talked to me in 10 minutes, she said order here only. I called customer service but no benefit as well. I suggest to Azadee to leave Saudi market if you decide to repeat same way of work. You may able to practice this in other countries, but not in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Take care of your two employees in Thumamah road Qurtba (male & Female) very bad attitude which they will impact business. Maybe they didn’t received salary?? This experience will be sent to Paul HQ.

I'm disappointed that all my life was a lie when I ate that Turkey Sandwich, the bread is more realistic than all kinds of bread that I've been eating all my life! It's fresh and the ingredients is spot on, the only problem is of course the price but it's definitely an elite quality diner or cafe. Definitely gonna visit on another day and highly recommend it to those who can afford expensive food.

I'm disappointed that all my life was a lie when I ate that Turkey Sandwich, the bread is more realistic than all kinds of bread that I've been eating all my life! It's fresh and the ingredients is spot on, the only problem is of course the price but it's definitely an elite quality diner or cafe. Definitely gonna visit on another day and highly recommend it to those who can afford expensive food.

Bad service! Been waiting for 40 minutes and the lady doesn’t want to take order. Even though I came early and even waited until 8:00 and she’s on the phone and doesn’t help.

More employees have to be employed or she must leave if she can’t do her job right plus I see a few people here in the reviews had the same experience. Very...
