An authentic Italian pizza restaurant located at Roshn Front. Overall, my experience was positive, with a few notable highlights.

First and foremost, the prices for the pizzas at Blanca were quite reasonable. If you're looking for an affordable place to enjoy authentic Italian pizza, this is definitely a good option. The quality of the pizza was excellent, with a flavorful toppings, and a delectable blend of cheeses. Blanca truly delivers on the promise of authentic Italian flavors.

One aspect that caught my attention, however, was the relatively high price of the water. It seemed a bit surprising to find such a disparity in pricing between the pizzas and the beverages. So, if you're planning on ordering water, be prepared for the additional cost.

"Very poor service for below average meal"

Service: (less than average) 2/10 wait time 1 hour and a half in line no chaperone for seating (pointed at table only) did not present starters or given drinks at seating. did not ask if we are ready to order. waiters dont know which table to serve, presented wrong order at wrong table. it took 20 minutes for waiter to come order, it might have taken longer if not called for. waiters are absolutely lost and not organized very poor response, we had to leave to the counter to pay after waiting 10 minutes asking for bill.

Design: average design the lighting is a bit dark but well placed ambient glow overall the tables and seating are average with decent placement. a circular table for 2 person would've been better.

Food: (for margherita pizza & truffle brisket pizza) 6/10 margherita pizza: 1- sauce was a bit sour and the cheese falls off when the pizza is picked up. 2- flavor was average for italian margherita, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. 3- the dough was fresh and the pizza was freshly made.

Brisket pizza: The meat flavor and barbeque sauce was good. The cheese does not fall off with no overwhelming flavor. Overall well balanced.

Overall, the food is good but I expected more. The Buratta salad was average, lacking in flavor. We tried 4 types of pizzas and I can safely say the Brisket pizza was amazing. The other types were average. The Truffle pizza was disappointing. The Saffron chicken risotto did not live up to my expectations and I did not like the Penne Arabiata at all. The other highlight of the menu was the Spaghetti Eggplant rolls, they were amazing. In general, average for an Italian restaurant but I will give it another chance and try more items on the menu. One drawback of the place is the slow/dry service. The waiters were slow to respond and failed to maintain proper checking on the table.
