12 hours ago the acting manager came to a table of non native speakers and told them that they asked for a chair 2 times and shouted at them and told them don’t comeback here and he almost liked them out . Me watching this happening in front of my eyes and watching the young ladies helpless … I was stunned by the level of ignorance and low manners of that acting manager . This can be described as prejudice and discrimination any other place on earth as the young ladies were middle eastern and clearly tourists and did not speaks French nor proper English . This place is clearly loosing business as people see this kind of treatment . I advise the owners to do an investigation and save their revenue . When I asked if I can get contact of his manager every other employee did not help out of fear of him . This is, for sure , not representative. Of French people or culture but unfortunately such actions pass by with out review in France and authorities turn a blind eye to such actions ( and playing with bills by experience ) France needs more attention to this . The ramadan set menu is great . The dishes are tasty. The mest is delicious. Only the chicken was dry. The service is very much the opposite! We had a very slow 🐌 and bad service. It started well, and then it shows we were the forgotten. The food was flying from the kitchen to every other table except ours. The waitresses are taking turns servicing our table, and none is sure what's served and what's not. The worst part is that all tables are done and new customers are serviced while we have not had our set menu 😕. They dare to tell is, what are you waiting for!!. I had to ask for someone to speak with, and it seems they had no management supervising them. Rather disappointed overall. While the team was accomodating in welcoming us earlier than the reservation's time, there have been numerous shortfalls one should not be experiencing at this level and price tag. The team was friendly but some of the uniforms were way below expectations: someone wore a broken jeans! The employees were seen walking through the dining room in street wear prior to get changed, wearing their handbags and even carrying a bottle of gas! Food was good but I would have expected something better. Flavours were fine but not extraordinary. The menu has limited options. The beverage menu does not have everything listed. We came to celebrate a birthday and what we had was a simple "happy birthday" written on a plate with the dessert WE ordered....
