Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at your establishment and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The service provided by your staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts in making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

"Today, my friend and I visited Mehfil Hyderabad for breakfast. We ordered puri and masala dosa. Unfortunately, the masala dosa was a disappointment. Instead of the expected masala filling, it was simply a plain dosa with potato sabji on top. The quantity of chutney provided was also very limited.

We also had a similar experience with the sabji. We ordered puri and sabji, but the sabji was missing. We had to ask separately for it, and they provided same potato sabji.

The service at the restaurant was very slow, with staff members seemingly preoccupied in cooking area with other tasks and only 1 person on floor .Many customers were visibly frustrated with the delays and expressed their dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, the prices at Mehfil Hyderabad are significantly higher compared to other nearby restaurants. These other restaurants offer comparable food quality at much more reasonable prices.

Given the subpar service, inflated prices, and inability to handle even a small number of customers (we visited around 10:00 AM on a weekday and the restaurant was nearly empty), I would strongly advise against visiting Mehfil Hyderabad.

This is the first review I ever gave. I just took home a set of idli and a set of vada. While I stood at the cashier, I looked into the kitchen, and it was absolutely unhygienic. I kept insisting that the cashier told his staff to wear masks and gloves. The cashier is a nice man, and he told the staff multiple times, but they hardly listened. I saw them packing the food with bare hands and also speaking while standing at the open food. Can't they buy and use kitchen tongs to pick the food?
