From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The food was exquisite, with each dish prepared to perfection. We were delighted by the complimentary salad and freshly baked bread, which were not only tasty but also beautifully presented.

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the steak, which was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The freshly prepared shrimp and fish fillet were equally impressive, showcasing the chef's skill in delivering high-quality seafood with impeccable freshness.

A special mention must go to Ms. Emely from the Philippines, whose exceptional service truly enhanced our experience. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and continued to provide attentive and thoughtful service throughout our meal. Her communication skills were excellent, making us feel valued and well-cared for. Unfortunately, the level of service dropped dramatically!! I used to come regularly with my family and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food but not any more. The lady who was responsible to our table is very rude and slow in serving the food. I asked the other person to bring supervisor and I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the manager. Then, they surprised that the lady is the supervisor 🙄 I complained about the slow service. She replied that they are under staff and she was serving other table!! I politely asked her to cancel my main course and keep orders for my kids.

I will definitely not come back again and very sad for the dropped of the quality of the service.

I have to update that Mr. Mohmmad came to my table and apologized for what happened. He was very professional and insisted to get our meals as complementary and promised that this will not happen again. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him again for his hospitality and...

Piatto was by far one of the best restaurants I have ever tried in Riyadh so far in terms of food, atmosphere, and service. the firewood pizza and the salad were made not just right but also to perfection. The waitress named Joan was very polite and attentive and listed carefully to our questions while politely suggesting alternatives. Kudos to Christian and Joan, thumbs up for them. I believe that one of the assets of this restaurant is theyre employees (To the onwer of this resto, please take care of them) The place offers a unique atmosphere, and a lot of work has been put into the tiniest detail. Parking was easy to get right in front of the restaurant. Forgot to mention the super cleanliness it maintained. Food was reasonably priced.
