Exotik Beach — Restaurant in Dakar

Went for the brunch yesterday, which was was fantastic and came quickly but when we came back today, I ordered the exotic burger, cooked medium but came raw inside. The server was arguing that this is what I ordered. From what I know, they shouldn’t be arguing and bring you whatever you asked and will pay! Very unprofessional and came to the table after an hour followed by the drinks! A proper joke!!! Took them 30min to come back with my burger cooked! 30min…! My mother, sisters, and I were incredibly disappointed with our experience at Exotic Beach. The food was simply terrible, and the tiny table was barely able to accommodate our order. To top it off, a major inconvenience arose when the waiter informed me that their credit card machine was out of order. The embarrassment of digging through my purse for cash was compounded by the anxiety of wondering if I had enough. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I went in the midday so the sun was beaming. Just be careful because although some seats are close to the coast and there may be a breeze you want to make sure there is an umbrella to cover you.

I had a fruit salad and it was better than I expected. The waiter didn't speak English but he tried his best by using the Google translate app which I appreciated.

There is no alcohol.

I would definitely go back again during an evening.
