Hailing from the US on vacation in Senegal, I knew that as one of my main to do while traveling anywhere (at least in the states) is to find a pho restaurant. Now Senegal didn’t seem to be as diverse in this area of food expertise. However, I was lucky enough to find Nhi-Ha via Google and had to make it out there to try the pho as this restaurant seemed to be the only place that serves it.
The location of the restaurant may seem daunting for people to want to dine it. We still went because it’s part of the adventure. We, a party of three, were the only ones in the restaurant. The owner served us a small side of assorted nuts and asked what we wanted on the menu.
