Coffeedream BW — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Terrible place. I went there with my friend and we were both very disappointed.

First, my friend ordered a coffee and asked to add some syrup from behind the bar. The waiter said those syrups are not for coffee and they wouldn’t add them. That made no sense. I used to work as a waitress and I know those are the same syrups that can be added to coffee. That was the first red flag.

Second, we bought beer and I asked to take mine to go. I asked for a takeaway cup. They said I had to pay 400 dinars for the cup, which is basically the same price as the beer. Just a regular plastic cup. They could have easily given it for free.

Third, the staff seemed to be mostly teenagers. Honestly, I don’t think some of them were even 18. They didn’t know how to respond, had no idea about basic service, and it took forever to get answers.

Overall, the experience was really bad. I give this place 0 out of 10 and I don’t recommend it to anyone...

Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes to place an order, although the tables that arrived after me had already been served. I wanted a medium cup of coffee, they brought me a small one. If you want to grab a coffee by the river, it is a good place ;) I visited there in the evening, it is a good place to chill and chat.
